Newplatform expands Fortytwo’s global reach with secure, certified Telegramcommunications, advanced onboarding, AI-driven customer engagement, and SMSfailover
Santa Venera, MALTA, December 23, 2025, Spectral Capital Corporation (OTCQB:FCCN) (“Spectral” or the “Company”) today announced a significant product milestone from its portfolio companyFortytwo Telecom (“Fortytwo”), which is preparing the market launch of aTelegram-based P2P technology platform designed to enable secure,enterprise-grade digital communications.
Over the past few months,Fortytwo has completed the development of a new technology platform thatleverages Telegram as a native P2P communication channel, enabling enterprisesto engage directly with their end users through rich, interactive, andmultimedia content. This solution complements Fortytwo’s established messagingportfolio, which enterprise clients widely use for SMS-based securitycommunications (OTP) as well as marketing and advertising campaigns.
In parallel, Fortytwo hasfinalised its commercial and go-to-market model, with the platform scheduledfor commercial availability starting in January. The company has alreadysecured its first enterprise customers, marking an important step towardbroader market adoption.
A key differentiator of theplatform is its Telegram-native end-user onboarding and identity matchingcomponent. Fortytwo’s technology enables enterprise clients to securelyassociate end-user phone numbers and device data with customer records storedin their CRM systems. This establishes a certified and trusted communicationchannel, enabling enterprises to interact with end-users in a secure, compliant, and fully traceable manner.
Once this certified channel isestablished, enterprises can activate a wide range of communication use caseson Telegram, including security notifications, transactional messaging, marketing initiatives, and sales-driven advertising and promotional campaigns.
The platform also supports thedeployment of AI-powered customer care and customer service bots directly onTelegram. By leveraging an already authenticated and trusted communicationchannel, enterprises can automate customer interactions and support workflowsusing artificial intelligence, while maintaining high levels of reliability, continuity, and user trust.
From an infrastructure andreliability perspective, the platform incorporates advanced routing andfailover logic. While Telegram enables instant and interactive messaging, thesystem is designed to automatically fall back to the SMS channel whenever coverageor reachability may be impacted, ensuring uninterrupted communication andenterprise-grade service continuity on a global scale.
This evolution represents afurther step in strengthening Fortytwo’s positioning as a technology company inthe market, expanding the share of value-added and sales-oriented productswithin its portfolio of communication solutions, in line with Spectral Capital’svision of scalable, technology-driven growth.
42 TelecomLtd. (“42”) is a global leader in SMS‑based communication technologies, including secure messaging and two‑factor authentication services used by majorenterprises and telecommunications carriers around the world. 42 is the leadingexternal provider of such services to Vietnam and also holds a significantmarket position across multiple international jurisdictions.
